At Care Xchange we wanted to make the process of connecting Personal Assistants with potential employers easy, simple and quick.
By incorporating the whole process in one place it allows for an integrated service which makes becoming an employer easy and finding a PA even simpler, its just a case of adding your PA requirements and the system search will do the rest.

Who are We?
We started out in the recruitment and technology industry, looking to change how recruitment worked for people and how it failed to link good candidates to the right jobs and even how some candidates were even missed.
During our time doing this we increasingly came across challenges in recruitment for care roles, especially finding new candidates such as PA’s and their support, but we were also surprised to see how individual people were becoming employers to be able to have their own PA.
This made us think we could adapt our existing Labour Xchange recruitment system to work for care and with the help of some forward thinking local authorities Care Xchange was born.
